Shipping policy
All domestic orders are delivered with Australia Post. We cannot take responsibility for selection of wrong sizes. If you are unsure about your size, please let us know and we can measure the item in question up for you to avoid this.
Faulty items are investigated on a case-by-case basis. You must contact our store as soon as possible and we will provide feedback on the next steps to take. If you are required to post an item back to our store, please ensure the product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition. All tags must be attached, and a receipt must be included with the return. Once your return is received, we will investigate the matter further.
